I spent a lot of money in April. Mostly medical, some overspending in groceries and treats. Bought a couch.
Thank goodness for a 3 paycheck month! I barely squeaked by with putting my 10% of net (of 3 paychecks) into my EF this month. But it got there!

I could have gotten slightly cheaper rent if I'd gotten a place closer to downtown. But then I would probably be hearing a lot more sirens near me/police activity than I do here. According to my boyfriend, I am pretty much at the edge of the dividing line between safe/not so safe areas. This is the smallest/least closet space place I've lived in my adult life (other than when I was going to grad school and renting rooms in houses.)
